The referenced statement of managers under the heading “National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration” in title II of division B of Public Law 108–447 is deemed to be amended under the heading “Construction/Acquisition, Coastal and Estuarine Land Conservation Program” by striking “Tonner Canyon, CA” and inserting “Tolay Lake, Sonoma County, CA”.
