Sec. 6075. The matter under the heading relating to “Public and Indian Housing—p ublic housing capital fund” in title II of the Departments of Veterans Affairs and Housing and Urban 119 STAT. 301 Development, and Independent Agencies Appropriations Act, 2005 (enacted as division I of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005 (Public Law 108–447; 118 Stat. 3297)) is amended by striking the 8th proviso and inserting the following: “: Provided further, That up to $3,000,000 is to support the costs of administrative and judicial receiverships”.
