DEFINITIONS.
SEC. 9115. DEFINITIONS. For purposes of this subtitle— (1) Commercial motor vehicle, employee, and regulation.—The terms “commercial motor vehicle”, “employee”, and “regulation” have the meaning such terms have under section 204 of the Motor Carrier Safety Act of 1984. (2) Secretary.—The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Transportation.
