Sec. 8094. The amounts appropriated in title II of this Act are hereby reduced by $250,000,000 to reflect cash balance and 119 STAT. 2720 rate stabilization adjustments in Department of Defense Working Capital Funds, as follows:(1) From “Operation and Maintenance, Army”, $100,000,000.(2) From “Operation and Maintenance, Navy”, $50,000,000.(3) From “Operation and Maintenance, Air Force”, $100,000,000.
