SEC. 9308. PURPOSES. Section 5002 of the United States Insular Areas Drug Abuse Act of 1986 (48 U.S.C. 1494) is amended by— (1) inserting “and the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands (or successor governments)” after “States” where it first appears; (2) inserting “and other substance” before “prevention”; and (3) inserting “associated” before “insular areas.”.
