Sec. 205. (a) The total amount appropriated or otherwise made available in this chapter is hereby reduced by $737,089,000.(b) The Secretary of Defense shall allocate this reduction proportionately to each applicable appropriation account.(c) The reduction in subsection (a) shall not apply to budget authority appropriated or otherwise made available to the Defense Health Program account.
