Sec. 802. The Attorney General shall transfer to the “Narrowband Communications/Integrated Wireless Network” account all funds made available in this Act to the Department of Justice for the purchase of portable and mobile radios and related 119 STAT. 2778 infrastructure. Any transfer made under this section shall be subject to section 605 of Public Law 109–108.
