THE JUDICIARY Courts of Appeals, District Courts, and Other Judicial Services Salaries and Expenses For an additional amount for “Salaries and expenses, Courts of Appeals, District Courts, and Other Judicial Services”, $18,000,000, to remain available until expended, for necessary expenses related to the consequences of hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico during calendar year 2005: Provided, That notwithstanding any other provision of law such sums shall be available for transfer to accounts within the Judiciary subject to approval of the Judiciary operating plan: Provided further, That the amount 119 STAT. 2782 provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of H. Con. Res. 95 (109th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006.
