Sec. 5006. The matter under the heading “Water and Related Resources” in Public Law 109–103 is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: “: Provided further, That 119 STAT. 2814 $10,000,000 of the funds appropriated under this heading shall be deposited in the San Gabriel Basin Restoration Fund established by section 110 of title I of appendix D of Public Law 106–554”.
