Institute of Education Sciences For carrying out activities authorized by the Education Sciences Reform Act of 2002, as amended, the National Assessment of Educational Progress Authorization Act, section 208 of the Educational Technical Assistance Act of 2002, and section 664 of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, $522,695,000, of which $271,560,000 shall be available until September 30, 2007: Provided, That of the amount provided to carry out title I, parts B and D of Public Law 107–279, not less than $25,257,000 shall be for the national research and development centers authorized under section 133(c).
