SEC. 7018. CONSPIRACY AGAINST CIVIL RIGHTS. (a) In General.—Section 241 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking “citizen” and inserting “inhabitant of any State, Territory, or District”. (b) Conforming Amendments.—(1) The heading for section 241 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking “of citizens”. (2) The item relating to section 241 in the table of sections at the beginning of chapter 13 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking “of citizens”.
