COMPOSITION OF THE TASK FORCE.

SEC. 803. COMPOSITION OF THE TASK FORCE.(a) External Organizations.—The independent task force shall include at least one representative from each of the following external organizations:(1) The Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel.(2) The Task Force on International Space Station Operational Readiness of the NASA Advisory Council, or its successor.(3) The Aeronautics and Space Engineering Board of the National Research Council.(b) Independent Organizations Within NASA.—The independent task force shall also include at least the following individuals from within NASA:(1) NASA’s Chief Engineer.(2) The head of the Independent Technical Authority.(3) The head of the Safety and Mission Assurance Office.(4) The head of the NASA Engineering and Safety Center.
