SEC. 7023. IDENTIFICATION FRAUD. Section 1028(a)(6) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) by inserting “knowingly” before “possesses”; (2) by inserting “lawful” before “authority” the first place it appears; and (3) by inserting “such” before “authority” the second place it appears.
