PUBLIC AWARENESS CAMPAIGN.

SEC. 403. PUBLIC AWARENESS CAMPAIGN. (a) In General.—The Attorney General, acting through the Office on Violence Against Women], shall make grants to States for carrying out a campaign to increase public awareness of issues regarding domestic violence against pregnant women. (b) Authorization of Appropriations.—For the purpose of carrying out this section, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2006 through 2010.
