SEC. 117. PROHIBITING VIOLENCE IN SPECIAL MARITIME AND TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION. (a) Domestic Violence.—Section 2261(a)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after “Indian country” the following: “or within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States”. (b) Protection Order.—Section 2262(a)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after “Indian country” the following: “or within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States”.
