SEC. 1133. AMOUNTS RECEIVED UNDER CRIME VICTIM GRANTS MAY BE USED BY STATE FOR TRAINING PURPOSES. (a) Crime Victim Compensation.—Section 1403(a)(3) of the Victims of Crime Act of 1984 (42 U.S.C. 10602(a)(3)) is amended by inserting after “may be used for” the following: “training purposes and”. (b) Crime Victim Assistance.—Section 1404(b)(3) of such Act (42 U.S.C. 10603(b)(3)) is amended by inserting after “may be used for” the following: “training purposes and”.
