SEC. 1143. ELIGIBILITY FOR GRANTS UNDER DRUG COURT GRANTS PROGRAM EXTENDED TO COURTS THAT SUPERVISE NON-OFFENDERS WITH SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROBLEMS. Section 2951(a)(1) of such Act (42 U.S.C. 3797u(a)(1)) is amended by striking “offenders with substance abuse problems” and inserting “offenders, and other individuals under the jurisdiction of the court, with substance abuse problems”.
