SEC. 1155. ELIMINATION OF CERTAIN NOTICE AND HEARING REQUIREMENTS. Part H of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 is amended as follows: (1) Notice and hearing on denial or termination of grant.—Section 802 (42 U.S.C. 3783) of such part is amended—(A) by striking subsections (b) and (c); and (B) by striking “(a)” before “Whenever,”. (2) Finality of determinations.—Section 803 (42 U.S.C. 3784) of such part is amended—(A) by striking “, after reasonable notice and opportunity for a hearing,”; and (B) by striking “, except as otherwise provided herein”. 119 STAT. 3114(3) Repeal of appellate court review.—Section 804 (42 U.S.C. 3785) of such part is repealed.
