SEC. 1171. TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS RELATING TO PUBLIC LAW 107–56. (a) Striking Surplus Words.—(1) Section 2703(c)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking “or” at the end of subparagraph (C). (2) Section 1960(b)(1)(C) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking “to be used to be used” and inserting “to be used”. (b) Punctuation and Grammar Corrections.—Section 2516(1)(q) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—(1) by striking the semicolon after the first close parenthesis; and (2) by striking “sections” and inserting “section”. (c) Cross Reference Correction.—Section 322 of Public Law 107–56 is amended, effective on the date of the enactment of that section, by striking “title 18” and inserting “title 28”.
