SEC. 360. REPORT ON JOINT FIELD TRAINING AND EXPERIMENTATION ON STABILITY, SECURITY, TRANSITION, AND RECONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS. Not later than February 1, 2007, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on joint field training and experimentation conducted to address matters relating to stability, security, transition, and reconstruction operations during fiscal years 2005 and 2006. The report shall include—(1) a description of each such joint field training and experimentation event, including a description of the participation of other Federal departments and agencies and of the participation of allied and coalition partners;(2) the findings of the Secretary as a result of such joint field training and experimentation; and(3) such recommendations as the Secretary considers appropriate in light of such joint field training and experimentation, including recommendations with respect to legislative or administrative action and recommendations for any funding required to implement such action.
