SEC. 258. DESIGNATION OF FACILITIES AND RESOURCES CONSTITUTING THE MAJOR RANGE AND TEST FACILITY BASE.(a) Department of Defense Test Resource Management Center.—Section 196(h) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “Director of Operational Test and Evaluation” and inserting “Secretary of Defense”.(b) Institutional Funding of Test and Evaluation Activities.—Section 232(b)(1) of the Bob Stump National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2003 (Public Law 107–314; 116 Stat. 2490) is amended by striking “Director of Operational Test and Evaluation” and inserting “Secretary of Defense”.
