PARITY IN PAY LEVELS AMONG UNDER SECRETARY POSITIONS.(a) Positions of Under Secretaries of Military Departments Raised to Level III of the Executive Schedule.—Section 5314 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting after “Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence” the following: “Under Secretary of the Air Force. “Under Secretary of the Army. “Under Secretary of the Navy.”.(b) Conforming Amendment.—Section 5315 of such title is amended by striking the following: “Under Secretary of the Air Force. “Under Secretary of the Army. “Under Secretary of the Navy.”.
