SEC. 127. REFUELING AND COMPLEX OVERHAUL OF THE U.S.S. CARL VINSON.(a) Amount Authorized From FY06 SCN Account.—Of the amount authorized to be appropriated by section 102(a)(3) for fiscal year 2006 for shipbuilding and conversion, Navy, $1,493,563,000 is available for work on the nuclear refueling and complex overhaul of the U.S.S. Carl Vinson (CVN–70) under the contract authorized by Public Law 109–104. (b) Contract Authority.—The amount specified in subsection (a) includes the amount of $89,000,000 made available by Public Law 109–104 for fiscal year 2006 for a period of such fiscal year preceding the enactment of this Act.
