SEC. 7055. PROVISION OF MISDEMEANOR PENALTY FOR CERTAIN ESCAPES. Sections 751(a) and 752(a) of title 18, United States Code, are amended by inserting “, or for exclusion or expulsion proceedings under the immigration laws,” after “extradition”.
