SEC. 590. EXTENSION OF DATE OF SUBMITTAL OF REPORT OF VETERANS’ DISABILITY BENEFITS COMMISSION. Section 1503 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (Public Law 108–136; 117 Stat. 1678; 38 U.S.C. 1101 note) is amended by striking “Not later than 15 months 119 STAT. 3280 after the date on which the commission first meets,” and inserting “Not later than October 1, 2007,”.
