SEC. 592. MODIFICATION OF REQUIREMENT FOR CERTAIN INTERMEDIARIES UNDER CERTAIN AUTHORITIES RELATING TO ADOPTIONS.(a) Reimbursement for Adoption Expenses.—Section 1052(g)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting “or other source authorized to place children for adoption under State or local law” after “qualified adoption agency”.(b) Treatment as Children for Medical and Dental Care Purposes.—Section 1072(6)(D)(i) of such title is amended by inserting “, or by any other source authorized by State or local law to provide adoption placement,” after “(recognized by the Secretary of Defense)”.
