SEC. 2124. DEFENSE ACCESS ROADS The Secretary of the Navy may, using funds appropriated pursuant to section 2125(a)(7), make advances to the Secretary of Transportation for the construction of defense access roads under section 210 of title 23, United States Code, at the following locations and in the following amounts: Naval Construction Battalion Center, Hueneme, California, $800,000. Naval Air Station, Moffett Field, California, $400,000. Naval Station, San Diego, California, $350,000. Naval Station, Norfolk, Virginia, $1,200,000. Naval Submarine Base, Groton, Connecticut, $1,250,000. Naval Station, Everett, Washington, phase I, $10,000,000.
