SEC. 1506. RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, TEST AND EVALUATION. Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2006 for the use of the Department of Defense for research, development, test and evaluation as follows:(1) For the Army, $8,700,000. (2) For Defense-wide activities, $75,000,000.
