SEC. 2105. MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2004 PROJECT.(a) Modification of Outside the United States Project.—The table in section 2101(b) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (division B of Public Law 108–136; 117 Stat. 1698) is amended—(1) in the item relating to Vilseck, Germany, by striking “$31,000,000” in the amount column and inserting “$26,000,000”; and(2) by striking the amount identified as the total in the amount column and inserting “$226,900,000”.(b) Conforming Amendment.—Section 2104(b)(6) of that Act (117 Stat. 1700) is amended by striking “$18,900,000” and inserting “$13,900,000”.
