SEC. 2801. MODIFICATION OF CONGRESSIONAL NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN MILITARY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.(a) Contingency Construction.—Section 2804(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended—(1) by striking “21-day period” and inserting “14-day period”; and(2) by striking “14-day period” and inserting “seven-day period”.(b) Acquisition in Lieu of Construction.—Section 2813(c) of such title is amended—(1) by striking “30-day period” and inserting “21-day period”; and(2) by striking “21-day period” and inserting “14-day period”.119 STAT. 3505
