SEC. 2846. MODIFICATION OF LAND CONVEYANCE, ENGINEER PROVING GROUND, FORT BELVOIR, VIRGINIA.(a) Consideration.—Subsection (b)(4) of section 2836 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2002 (division B of Public Law 107–107; 115 Stat. 1314) is amended by striking “, jointly determined” and all that follows through “Ground” and inserting “equal to $3,880,000”.(b) Replacement of Fire Station.—Subsection (d) of such section is amended—(1) in paragraph (1)—(A) by striking “Building 5089” and inserting “Building 191”; and(B) by striking “paragraphs (2) and (3)” and inserting “paragraph (2)”;(2) in paragraph (2), by striking “Building 5089” and inserting “Building 191”; and(3) by striking paragraph (3).
