SEC. 2874. ASSESSMENT OF WATER NEEDS FOR PRESIDIO OF MONTEREY AND ORD MILITARY COMMUNITY. Not later than April 7, 2006, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to Congress an interim assessment of the current and reasonable future needs of the Department of the Defense for water for the Presidio of Monterey and the Ord Military Community.
