SEC. 3508. TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS.(a) Intermodal Centers.—Section 9008(b)(1) of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users is amended by striking “section 5309(m)(1)(C)” and inserting “paragraphs (1)(C) and (2)(C) of section 5309(m)”.(b) Intermodal Surface Freight Transfer Facility Eligibility.—Section 9008(b)(2) of that Act is amended by striking “section 181(9)(D)” and inserting “181(8)(D)”.
