SEC. 3001. SHORT TITLE; DEFINITION.(a) Short Title.—This title may be cited as the “Digital Television Transition and Public Safety Act of 2005”.(b) Definition.—As used in this Act, the term “Assistant Secretary” means the Assistant Secretary for Communications and Information of the Department of Commerce.
