SEC. 1403. RURAL BUSINESS INVESTMENT PROGRAM.(a) Termination of Fiscal Year 2007 and Subsequent Funding.—Subsection (a)(1) of section 384S of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 2009cc–18) is amended by inserting after “necessary” the following: “through fiscal year 2006”.(b) Cancellation of Unobligated Prior-Year Funds.—The authority to obligate funds previously made available under such 120 STAT. 7 section and unobligated as of October 1, 2006, is hereby cancelled effective on that date.
