SEC. 8002. MODIFICATION OF 50/50 RULE. Section 102(a)(3) (20 U.S.C. 1002(a)(3)) is amended—(1) in subparagraph (A), by inserting “(excluding courses offered by telecommunications as defined in section 484(l)(4))” after “courses by correspondence”; and(2) in subparagraph (B), by inserting “(excluding courses offered by telecommunications as defined in section 484(l)(4))” after “correspondence courses”.
