SEC. 5111. ACCELERATED IMPLEMENTATION OF INCOME-RELATED REDUCTION IN PART B PREMIUM SUBSIDY. Section 1839(i)(3)(B) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395r(i)(3)(B)) is amended—(1) in the heading, by striking “5-year” and inserting “3-year”;(2) in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking “2011” and inserting “2009”;(3) in clause (i), by striking “20 percent” and inserting “33 percent”;(4) in clause (ii), by striking “40 percent” and inserting “67 percent”; and(5) by striking clauses (iii) and (iv).
