RETROACTIVE TRANSFER TO FUND.

SEC. 7130. RETROACTIVE TRANSFER TO FUND. An amount equivalent to those sums which would have been placed in the Fund under section 1402(b)) of the Victims of Crime Act, but for the effect of section 1402(c)(2) of such Act, is hereby transferred to the Fund from any sums not appropriated from the general treasury.
