Sec. 2105. Section 101(b) of chapter 1 of title I of division B of Public Law 109–148 (119 Stat. 2747) is amended—(1) in the heading, by striking “, Oyster,”;(2) in the matter preceding paragraph (1)—(A) by striking “, oyster,”; and(B) by striking “public and private oyster reefs or”;(3) in paragraph (3), by adding “and” at the end;(4) by striking paragraph (4); and(5) by redesignating paragraph (5) as paragraph (4).
