Con. Res. 95 (109th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006.120 STAT. 450 Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy (INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS) For an additional amount for “Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy”, $775,236,000, to remain available until September 30, 2010, for necessary expenses related to the consequences of Hurricane Katrina and other hurricanes of the 2005 season, which shall be available for transfer within this account to replace destroyed or damaged equipment; prepare and recover naval vessels under contract; and provide for cost adjustments for naval vessels for which funds have been previously appropriated: Provided, That this transfer authority is in addition to any other transfer authority available to the Department of Defense: Provided further, That the Secretary of Defense shall, not fewer than 15 days prior to making transfers within this appropriation, notify the congressional defense committees in writing of the details of any such transfer: Provided further, That the amount provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of H.
