Sec. 2305. Section 227 of Public Law 104–303 is modified as follows:(1) Section 5(a) is amended by striking “6”, and inserting “7” in lieu thereof.(2) Section 5(e)(2) is amended by striking “$21,000,000”, and inserting “$25,000,000” in lieu thereof.
