Sec. 2402. (a) Title III of Public Law 109–90 (119 Stat. 2079) is amended under the heading “National Flood Insurance Fund” by striking in the proviso “$30,000,000” and inserting “such sums as necessary”.(b) The provisions of this section are designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of H. Con. Res. 95 (109th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006.
