Con. Res. 95 (109th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention DISEASE CONTROL, RESEARCH, AND TRAINING For an additional amount for “Disease Control, Research, and Training”, $8,000,000, to remain available until expended, for mosquito and other pest abatement activities in States affected by Hurricane Katrina and other hurricanes of the 2005 season: Provided, That the amount provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of H. Con. Res. 95 (109th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006.
