SEC. 7276. GRANTS FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING. The Runaway and Homeless Youth Act (42 U.S.C. 5701–5751) is amended by inserting after section 313, as added by section 7275, the following: “grants for technical assistance and training“Sec. 314. The Secretary may make grants to statewide and regional nonprofit organizations (and combinations of such organizations) to provide technical assistance and training to public and private entities (and combinations of such entities) that are eligible to receive grants under section 311(a), for the purpose of assisting such entities to establish and operate runaway and homeless youth centers.”.
