RELATED AGENCY Armed Forces Retirement Home Major Construction For an additional amount for “Major Construction”, for necessary expenses related to the consequences of Hurricane Katrina and other hurricanes of the 2005 season, $176,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That, notwithstanding any other provision of law, such funds shall be obligated and expended for the planning and design and construction of a new Armed Forces 120 STAT. 469 Retirement Home in Gulfport, Mississippi: Provided further, That the amount provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of H. Con. Res. 95 (109th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006.
