AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 7280. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 366(a) of the Runaway and Homeless Youth Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5751(a)), as so redesignated by section 7273(d)(2), is amended— (1) by striking “1985, 1986, 1987, and 1988”, (2) by inserting “1989, 1990, 1991, and 1992”, (3) by inserting “(1)” after “(a)”, and (4) by adding at the end the following: “(2) Not less than 90 percent of the funds appropriated under paragraph (1) for a fiscal year shall be available to carry out section 311(a) in such fiscal year.”.
