Con. Res. 95 (109th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006. United States Marshals Service Salaries and Expenses For an additional amount for “Salaries and Expenses”, $1,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2007: Provided, That the amount provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of H. Con. Res. 95 (109th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006. Federal Bureau of Investigation SALARIES AND EXPENSES For an additional amount for “Salaries and Expenses”, $85,700,000, to remain available until September 30, 2007: Provided, That no funding provided under this heading shall be available for obligation for a new or enhanced information technology program unless the Deputy Attorney General and the investment review board certify to the Committees on Appropriations that the information technology program has appropriate program management and contractor oversight mechanisms in place, and that the program is compatible with the enterprise architecture of the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation: Provided further, That the amount provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of H. Con. Res. 95 (109th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006.120 STAT. 439 Drug Enforcement Administration SALARIES AND EXPENSES For an additional amount for “Salaries and Expenses”, $14,200,000, to remain available until September 30, 2007: Provided, That the amount provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of H.
