Sec. 7004. (a) Of the unobligated balances made available pursuant to section 504 of Public Law 108–334, $20,000,000 are rescinded.(b) For an additional amount for “United States Secret Service, Salaries and Expenses”, $20,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2007.
