BOATING SAFETY DIRECTOR.

SEC. 215. BOATING SAFETY DIRECTOR.(a) In General.—Subchapter A of chapter 11 of title 14, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:“§ 216. Director of Boating Safety Office “The initial appointment of the Director of the Boating Safety Office shall be in the grade of Captain.” .(b) Clerical Amendment.—The analysis for such chapter is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 215 the following: “216. Director of Boating Safety Office”.
