SEC. 402. TRANSFER. Section 602 of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2004 (118 Stat. 1050) is amended—(1) in subsection (b)(2) by striking “to be conveyed” and all that follows through the period and inserting “to be conveyed to CAS Foundation, Inc. (a nonprofit corporation under the laws of the State of Indiana).”; and(2) in subsection (c)(1)(A) by inserting “or, in the case of the vessel described in subsection (b)(2) only, for humanitarian purposes” before the semicolon at the end.
